AN ACT PROHIBITING FURTHER FUNDING OF THE NEW BRITAIN-HARTFORD BUSWAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that no further funding, whether through bonding or an appropriation, be directed to the New Britain-Hartford Busway.
Statement of Purpose:
To stop any further state funds from being spent on the New Britain-Hartford busway.
