AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR STATE GRANTS IN LIEU OF TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that all state grants in lieu of property taxes be required to be paid to the municipality at the full statutory level.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state to fully fund all PILOT programs.
