2121 AN ACT EXEMPTING SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME FROM THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX AND REDUCING ELIGIBILITY FOR THE EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate personal income taxes on Social Security income and to reduce eligibility for the Earned Income Tax Credit as necessary to equal the revenue loss resulting from such elimination.
