AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR REGIONAL COUNCILS OF GOVERNMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reallocate to regional councils of government twenty-five per cent of taxes collected pursuant to increases to the sales and use tax, the luxury tax and the real estate conveyance tax adopted in public act 11-6.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to regional councils of government.
