AN ACT CONCERNING A SALES TAX EXEMPTION FOR BIOFUEL COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (117) of section 12-412 of the general statutes be amended to include biofuel companies as eligible for the sales tax exemption for the purchase of machinery, equipment, tools, supplies or fuel.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the sales tax exemption to biofuel companies for the purchase of machinery, equipment, tools, supplies or fuel.
