AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO NONCITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ten million dollars be appropriated to the Department of Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013, for the purpose of providing increased funding to the state's medical assistance to noncitizens program.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the level of funding provided to the state's medical assistance to noncitizens program.
