Not later than January 1, 2013, the president of the Board of Regents for Higher Education shall report on such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes. | |

11 | - | (b) If an institution of higher education fails to submit information to the Office of Financial and Academic Affairs for Higher Education in accordance with subsection (a) of this section, such institution shall be prohibited from participating in the Connecticut independent student grant program, the Connecticut aid to public college students grant program, and the capitol scholarship grant program during the fiscal year following the fiscal year in which such institution of higher education failed to submit such information. | |
