AN ACT CONCERNING A MINIMUM PER PUPIL GRANT AMOUNT TO TOWNS UNDER ECS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 172 of the general statutes be amended to establish a minimum grant payment of one thousand dollars per pupil to each town under the education cost sharing grant.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state to provide a minimum payment of one thousand dollars per pupil to each town under ECS.
