AN ACT REQUIRING THE OPERATION OF GATEWAY TOLLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation shall immediately operate tolls on the state's major highways, at locations where motor vehicles enter or exit this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the immediate operation of gateway tolls.
