AN ACT LIMITING THE USE OF THE SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require money in the Special Transportation Fund only be used for transportation projects or purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the use of the special transportation fund for only transportation projects.
