AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE GOVERNOR'S HORSE GUARDS FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 27-39 of the general statutes be amended to require that facility usage fees paid for the use of the military facilities associated with the first and second companies of the Governor's Horse Guards and deposited into the military facilities account be used solely to maintain such Governor's Horse Guards facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide no-cost funding for the maintenance of the Governor's Horse Guards facilities.
