AN ACT CONCERNING EDUCATION COST-SHARING GRANTS AND COST-OF-LIVING INCREASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (2) of subsection (d) of section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to adjust equalization aid grants to towns in an amount equal to cost-of-living increases.
Statement of Purpose:
To align ECS grants to towns with cost-of-living increases.
