AN ACT CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR TAX CREDITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow small businesses to be eligible for tax credits currently available to corporations.
Statement of Purpose:
To enable eligible small businesses to apply for tax credits.
