AN ACT REQUIRING THE DOCUMENTATION OF ALL EXPENDITURES MADE BY A PUBLIC INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require the documentation of every expenditure made by a public institution of higher education.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase transparency in public institutions of higher education by prohibiting unvouchered expenses.
