AN ACT CONCERNING THE HEIGHT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to add a provision allowing any commission to require that an affordable housing development for which an application is being submitted be restricted in height to conform to existing residential dwellings.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the height of affordable housing units be consistent with the height of existing dwellings.
