2121 AN ACT CONCERNING INTIMIDATION ON ACCOUNT OF HOMELESSNESS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That sections 53a-181i to 53a-181l, inclusive, of the general statutes, concerning the crime of intimidation based on bigotry or bias, be amended to make it a violation of those statutes for a person, with the intent to intimidate or harass another person because of the actual or perceived homelessness of such person, to assault or threaten, or damage the property of, such other person.
