AN ACT CONCERNING BUILDING CODE PROVISIONS FOR SENIOR HOUSING FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the State Building Code to contain provisions for senior housing facilities that will accommodate the specific needs of such facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To recognize the unique building considerations applicable to senior housing facilities.
