AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT AT THE NORTH BRANFORD INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 10-286 of the general statutes or any regulations adopted by the State Board of Education or the Department of Construction Services pursuant to said section 10-286 concerning the calculation of grants using the state standard space specifications, the town of North Branford shall be exempt from the state standard space specifications for the purpose of the calculation of the grant for the extension and alteration project at the North Branford Intermediate School (Project Number 099-0049 EA).
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an exemption from the state standard space specifications requirements for the school building project at the North Branford Intermediate School in the town of North Branford.
