AN ACT PROHIBITING STATE EMPLOYERS FROM REQUIRING STATE EMPLOYEES TO JOIN A UNION OR PAY UNION DUES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prevent state employers from requiring state employees to join a union or pay union dues as a prerequisite of their employment.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the forced unionization of Connecticut state employees.
