AN ACT REQUIRING THE PROPER INSPECTION OF CERTAIN DENTAL X-RAY TUBE HEADS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require dental offices that pay an annual inspection fee for their dental x-ray tube heads to have such x-ray tube heads properly inspected on an annual basis by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the proper inspection of certain x-ray equipment.
