AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF LAND TO THE TOWN OF SOUTHBURY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Commissioner of Developmental Services, be required to convey forty-five acres of the parcel of land containing the Southbury Training School to the town of Southbury.
Statement of Purpose:
To convey a parcel of land to the town of Southbury.
