AN ACT CONCERNING TIMELY FILING OF SUPPLEMENTAL CAMPAIGN FINANCE STATEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 157 of the general statutes be amended to provide that in a race with at least one candidate participating in the Citizens' Election Program, that the treasurer for each candidate committee file a supplemental campaign finance statement on the next Thursday following October tenth and on the Thursday before the day of the election.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for timely filing of supplemental campaign finance statements.
