2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 17b-99 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Social Services, in consultation with the Chief State's Attorney, to identify existing staff and resources that can be dedicated to additional detection, prevention and enforcement of fraud in social services programs.
