AN ACT CONCERNING THE STANDARDIZATION OF POOL SAFETY PROCEDURES FOR SWIMMING CLASSES OFFERED AT PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to establish standardized safety procedures for swimming classes offered as part of the physical education curriculum.
Statement of Purpose:
To develop improved safety requirements for swimming classes offered as part of the physical education curriculum.
