| 25 | 25 | That chapter 541 of the general statutes be amended to require (1) school buildings to comply with new standards designed to limit the ability of unauthorized personnel to forcibly enter a school or to confine the intruder to certain areas of a school once inside the building, and (2) the installation of additional equipment, including, but not limited to, improved security equipment and better technology for communication both externally with first responders and internally. | |
