| 25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for contributions to schools in support of extracurricular activities, where "extracurricular activities" means school-sponsored programs that require students to pay a fee in order to participate, including, but not limited to, band, athletic teams, science or technology clubs and trips that are solely for competitive events. | |
