AN ACT REQUIRING GENERATORS AT GASOLINE STATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require gasoline stations to have back-up generators to operate a percentage of their pumps during power outages.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure gas stations will be able to sell gasoline during power outages.
