23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That section 9-7b of the general statutes be amended to provide that, if a complaint is filed against an elected official, the State Elections and Enforcement Commission shall disclose all documents associated with the case against the elected official as a legal requirement, notwithstanding any other provision of law, and that, if there is no evidence of wrong doing, the commission shall dismiss the case after thirty days from the filing of the complaint and that such documentation cannot be used against the elected official under any circumstance. | |
