AN ACT CONCERNING APPLICATIONS FOR ABSENTEE BALLOTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-140 of the general statutes be amended to require that any requested application for an absentee ballot be mailed to the elector's residence.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that any requested application for an absentee ballot be mailed to the elector's residence.
