AN ACT PROHIBITING STATE CONTRACTS WITH ENTITIES MAKING CERTAIN INVESTMENTS IN IRAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit state agencies and quasi-public agencies from contracting with persons who engage in certain investment activities as described in Section 202 of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability and Divestment Act of 2010.
Statement of Purpose:
To bring the state into compliance with Section 202 of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability and Divestment Act of 2010.
