25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that, upon conviction of a person for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, the motor vehicle used during the offense be seized, forfeited and sold at auction and the proceeds remitted to the municipality in which the offense occurred. | |
