AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENTS TO MEDICAL CLINICS FOR SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368v of the general statutes be amended to require medical clinics to accept cash payments for services.
Statement of Purpose:
To require clinical facilities, such as blood laboratories, to accept cash payments.
