AN ACT PROHIBITING PHYSICIANS FROM OWNING BUSINESSES THAT PROVIDE PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 376 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit physicians from owning businesses that provide physical therapy services.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent a conflict of interest by restricting physicians from owning a physical therapy business.
