2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to work with the Connecticut Academy of Science and Engineering to study: (1) The potential relationship between the use of psychotropic drugs and incidents of mass shootings or attempted mass shootings; and (2) any correlation between the use of violent media, including violent video games, and mass shootings.
