25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Motor Vehicles to issue notice to any registered motor vehicle owner of any suspension of such owner's motor vehicle registration due to compliance issues, including, but not limited to, unpaid property taxes and failure to maintain mandatory security, not later than two weeks prior to such suspension. | |
