AN ACT REDUCING THE NUMBER OF PARENT MEMBERS SERVING ON SCHOOL GOVERNANCE COUNCILS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 10-223j of the general statutes be amended to reduce the number of parent or guardian members serving on school governance councils from seven to five.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the number of parent or guardian members serving on school governance councils.
