AN ACT CONCERNING AN INDEPENDENT ADVOCATE FOR ALL RAIL COMMUTERS IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the membership of the Connecticut Rail Commuter Council or to establish a new commuter rail council to ensure that commuters on the New Haven-Springfield commuter rail line are represented by an independent advocate.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that all rail commuters in the state are represented by an independent advocate.
