AN ACT PROVIDING STORMWATER AUTHORITIES WITH CERTAIN CORPORATE POWERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide stormwater authorities with certain corporate powers.
Statement of Purpose:
To enable stormwater authorities to successfully operate and perform their functions.
