AN ACT REPEALING THE STATE PORTION OF THE REAL ESTATE CONVEYANCE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 223 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the state portion of the real estate conveyance tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the state portion of the real estate conveyance tax.
