| 25 | 25 | That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require recipients of state cash assistance administered by the Department of Social Services to (1) maintain a bank account dedicated solely to such cash assistance, and (2) use an associated debit card issued by said department only for purchases authorized by the department. | |
