2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2929 That section 17b-99 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Social Services and the Chief State's Attorney to identify existing staff and resources that could be dedicated to enforcement and prevention of fraud and abuse in state-sponsored social services programs.
