AN ACT CONCERNING ONLINE PERMIT SYSTEMS AND LICENSED CONTACTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a four-town pilot program that would enable licensed contractors to obtain permits and pay any applicable permit fees using an online process.
Statement of Purpose:
To expedite the permit process by allowing licensed contractors to pull permits and pay for permits using an online system.
