| 25 | 25 | That section 14-296aa of the general statutes, concerning illegal use of a cellular telephone while operating a motor vehicle, be amended to provide that any person who uses a cellular telephone in violation of said section shall be fined two hundred dollars for a first violation, three hundred dollars for a second violation and five hundred dollars for a third or subsequent violation. | |
