2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE PLACEMENT OF FLAGS ON THE GRAVES OF VETERANS PRIOR TO MEMORIAL DAY.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 19a-297 of the general statutes, which prohibits any town, cemetery association or ecclesiastical society from enacting bylaws restricting the placement of United States flags on veterans' graves from the Saturday before Memorial Day until the Monday after the fourth of July, be amended to prohibit such a restriction beginning on the Wednesday before Memorial Day.
