AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ELECTRONIC BUSINESS PORTAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to promote local resources on the Department of Economic and Community Development electronic business portal, provided each municipality shall be responsible for providing and maintaining its content on the portal.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to promote local resources on the Department of Economic and Community Development electronic business portal.
