AN ACT LIMITING THE TIME LIMIT FOR CERTAIN SPECIAL EDUCATION HEARINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-76h of the general statutes be amended to require that all special education hearings conducted under said section be conducted in a single day.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the duration of certain special education hearings to a single day.
