AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF OUTPLACEMENTS OF SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to conduct a study of institutions that accept special education and special needs student outplacements. Such study shall include, but not be limited to, the age of such students, the academic standards for student performance for such students and an accountability of funds for such institutions.
Statement of Purpose:
To study outplacements of special education and special needs students.
