AN ACT CONCERNING LOW-INTEREST LOAN PROGRAMS TO REPLACE RESIDENTIAL OIL BOILERS, BURNERS AND FURNACES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 16a of the general statutes be amended to expand low-interest loan programs offered by the Connecticut Housing Investment Fund, Inc. to replace residential heating oil boilers, burners and furnaces.

Statement of Purpose: 

To allow homeowners and apartment building owners to reduce heating costs and the need for fuel assistance.
