AN ACT CONCERNING REFUNDS TO CUSTOMERS OF GAS COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that a refund issued by a gas company for less than five hundred dollars be mailed within three weeks of the initial claim.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow customers of gas companies to receive refunds in a timely manner.
