AN ACT CONCERNING THE MANUAL AUDIT OF VOTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 9-320f of the general statutes be amended to require the registrars of voters to conduct a manual audit of the votes recorded in not less than five per cent, rather than ten per cent, of the voting districts in the state, district or municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To save municipalities money.
